It’s a charming space thanks to one wall featuring exposed brick. There is one bathroom which the tenant will be sharing with the owner. It is a tiled bathroom that is equipped with modern appliances, including a shower that can be used as a tub as well. The mirror features great lighting all around as well. There is also plenty of room for storage of your bathroom affairs here. This apartment features everything one could desire within a room share situation.
The room for rent is located in Greenwich Village, 0.5mi/500m away from the 14th Street / Broadway: Union Square stop where you can catch the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R and L trains.
