The rental is on the 16th story of a postwar high-rise with a doorman and river views. Other luxury amenities include laundry in the building, a gym, a pool, and a garden for tenants’ use.

Please note that this is a room for rent in an apartment share. While Bedroom 1 will be your private space during your stay, the living room and kitchen will be shared with the owner and her young son, who live in the other bedroom. Please also note there is a cat in the apartment. For an extra fee, a self-serve organic breakfast plan is available to guests, including vegetarian bacon, eggs, cereal and milk, and a coffee and tea bar.

A “country cottage” in rustic wood tones, removed from the noise and crowds of Manhattan, this home is decorated with all organic linens, upholstery and kitchen items. The room for rent is approximately 100 square feet (9.3 sqm) and offers sleeping space on a single bed. A double-wide closet is available and a window faces the street. There are individually controlled heating and AC units in the room.

The common space has all the comforts of home, from the TV and sofa to the hardwood dining table. There, you can enjoy meals from the separate kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets allow you to cook your own meals at home. Please note that the kitchen is vegetarian and is available for light cooking only.)

One full bathroom and one separate WC are shared among the occupants.
