This lovely 2 bedroom apartment share is located in Peter Cooper Village, Manhattan, at the cross of East 22nd Street or Peter Cooper Road and Avenue C. In a 1947 High-rise building secured by a security system, has a handicap access and features an elevator, you will find the accommodation on the 3rd floor out of 13 (2nd floor in European Standards).
The fully furnished two bedroom apartment features a living room with a television, a sofa, a rocking chair and a library. It is a very comfortable, artistic and musical living room. You will feel right at home! There is also a dining area with a dining table and a desk. The kitchen is well equipped with a window, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave and a toaster. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double sized bed, a television, a seating area and a closet. There is also access to the private bathroom that has a bathtub and a toilet.
Peter Cooper Village and nearby Stuyvesant Town is a large, private residential area in Manhattan, New York City. A beautiful and gushing fountain will be found at the heart of the village, and many shops and restaurants will be find all around the area such as Petite Abeille (0.3mi/480m) where you will find Belgian style mussels, or Vamos! (0.4mi/645m) where you will find Tacos and Tequila to celebrate after a long week. You will also find the Halal Guys (0.8mi/1.28km) restaurant from the famous food truck or the speakeasy Please don’t tell (0.8mi/1.28km). However, there are many places to discover in Manhattan and the L line at 1 avenue will help you travel with ease!

I greatly enjoyed my stay with Billie and Sayre. They are wonderful hosts, and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and at home. There is a house cleaner that comes regularly, so the apartment stays clean and pleasant to live in. |
