This fully furnished bedroom for rent is in a shared one-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of New York. The apartment is on the 17th floor of a high-rise elevator building. This building features the luxury of pool and gym access, as well as a 24-hour doorman.
The available room for rent is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser and closet for storage, as well as shelving units. There is a television with cable access available and 2 windows with western exposure giving views of the famous Manhattan skyline. There is a table and chair in the room that some guests use as a desk.
The living room is used by the roommate. Off the living room is a large balcony, which overlooks 2nd Avenue to the west. You enjoy a view of the Upper East Side and the Chrysler Building.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the roommate. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the convenience of a dishwasher and microwave.
This room for rent is located on 86th Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side. this area has many boutiques and restaurants. For your entertainment, you’ll find also theaters, comedy clubs, the East River Park one block away, and of course Central Park. The subway is 3 blocks away, with access to the 4/5/6 trains, which make both express and local stops for easier commuting around New York City.

The bedroom is very spacious, the building is very well located, the roommate is very friendly and always willing to help. However, the cleanliness should be improved, as well as the noise level ( it gets a bit better with earplugs). |

Thank you for your feedback Daniela. I am sorry that you were disturbed by the noise. Maybe you are referring to the TV and, I would agree with you that it is too loud. You never mentioned this to me and I wish you did. I will keep it low. |

The room was very cozy and perfect. The appartment as well. And Helena is an amazing person with whom I spent two wonderfull months. She was VERY helpfull and kind. I will definitly go back to my room in Helena's place!!! |

The landlady is a wonderful person. She is there for you when you need something. She is very kind and cheerful. The only thing the spacious room might need, is a desk to work on. The chair is very comfortable though and there is low table that can be used as a desk. |
