Bedroom to rent in a Park Slope Townhouse
|
This is a six bedroom / three bathroom townhouse with a security system in Park Slope.
On the ground floor there is a two bedroom / one bathroom apartment which is to be shared with another roommate. The roommate will have a private entrance, a private kitchen and will also have access to laundry facilities. The smallest bedroom (bedroom 2) to rent measures 126 square feet and has two windows with A/C, a private bathroom, facing a private garden, sole use of the kitchenette. This room has hard wood floors and white walls and is fully furnished with a dresser, a single bed, a bedside table, wireless DSL internet access, a satellite tv, a halogen lamp, bookshelves, an armchair, a closet, a desk with a chair, frame pictures and a carpet. The master bedroom can be rented once in a while for a couple of months. This room is about 14 x 09 square feet and has 2 skylight windows facing the street. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a satellite tv, wireless DSL internet access, a dresser of drawers, a desk, closet and a stereo.
From the bedroom a door leads to the pink tiled bathroom. This bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. Each tenant has private access to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower with bathtub, toilet, sink, a large medicine cabinet and a storage cabinet. Bed linens and bath linens can be provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, lots of storage cabinets, a sink, burners and a large cutting board. This room has a window and a door leading to the garden.
Transportation: 2/3 trains at Bergen Street by Flatbush; Q train at top of Carlton Avenue both about 2 minutes walk and all express subways at Atlantic Avenue/Pacific Street station 2 blocks away.
Separated from Manhattan Island by the East River, Brooklyn is on of the five boroughs that together make up the city of New York. The Park Slope neighborhood is one of tree-lined streets with brownstone houses. Seventh Avenue is the main shopping street where you can find everyday necessities or relax at one of the coffeehouses. On Flatbush Avenue, one block from the apartment, you can also find lots of delis and supermarkets.
