Private Bedroom with Shared Bathroom - Good Value

This is a three bedroom / two bathroom duplex apartment to share on President Street (Brooklyn).
On the first floor there are two bedrooms for rent, the bathroom to share between the two roommates, the kitchen and a living area. The tenant lives upstairs. The first bedroom for rent is about 100 square feet, it has a window, white walls and a closet. It is air-conditioned and is furnished with a single bed, a TV, a dresser, bookshelves, a lamp and a wardrobe. The second bedroom for rent is about 90 square feet and is furnished the same way as the first bedroom.
The blue tiled bathroom to share has a sink, a toilet and shower. The open kitchen has black and white tiled floors, exposed brick and red, peach painted walls and two windows. This large kitchen is also the living area of the apartment and is equipped with a sink, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a dryer, cupboards, dish rack, decorative porcelain as well as a dining table. Rolling stairs lead up to the tenant's space.
This area of Brooklyn known as Park slope is very quiet and residential. There are nice houses, as well as many bars, restaurants and shops.
Transportation: the closest subway station is on Union Street and 4th Avenue, where you can take the R train. It's at about 20 minutes from Times Square.
