Good size bedroom with private half-bath next to Central Park

The beautiful prewar building with full-time doorman, elevator and laundry facilities is located on Park Avenue between 71st and 72nd Street. This two-bedroom / one and half bathroom apartment is on the 11th floor and is decorated with multicolor wallpaper.

You enter the apartment through the dining area. It is furnished with a dining table seating four, an antique dresser, a storage cabinet, a wall of mirrors and a crystal chandelier.
The living room about 362 square feet is furnished with a sofa, two love seats, a coffee table and a Louis XV armchair. In the back of the living room there are a desk and a large book unit, the owner uses the area as an office.

The air-conditioned bedroom for rent is about 130 square feet. It has a window facing courtyard, a red wall to wall carpet and a phone jack. It is furnished with a single bed, cable TV, a stereo, a dresser, a desk, a white storage cabinet, a book unit and many framed pictures. The closets of the roommate are in the hallway all along the wall. Sheets are provided.

The full bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a sink and a toilet. The shower is to share.
The roommate will have a private half bathroom: sink, toilet and mirrored medicine cabinet.

The separated Eat in the Kitchen is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a counter with a stool and many white storage cabinets.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Park Avenue is lined with apartment houses, a narrow park runs up the middle of the avenue with trees and flowers of all seasons. Shopping is abundant along the main cross streets and the avenues to the East and west. You will be able to buy everything from groceries to designer clothing. Restaurants of all cuisine are easily found. Central Park is also nearby for scenic walks and jogging.

Transportation: 6 train on 68th Street and Lexington Avenue.
Cross-town buses run on 72nd Street.
