Newly renovated four bedroom to share close to Flushing Meadows Park
|
This newly renovated four bedroom / one bathroom apartment without a living room is located in Queens in the Flushing area in a private house. The tenant lives on the first floor in his own place; the entire second floor is a private apartment to share between four roommates.
When you enter the house you can see a hallway. The stairs lead to the apartment to share. The apartment to share has a hallway leading to every room. Each room has a window. Four bedrooms are available: three medium bedrooms about 13x10 square feet and a small one about 7x10 square feet.
Bedrooms #1 & 2 have green wall to wall carpeting and cream colored walls. Both rooms have a lock. They are furnished with a single bed, a dresser of drawers, a bedside table, a lamp, a mirror and a closet.
Bedroom#3 is 7X10 and is furnished with a single size bed. The wooden wall panels have been removed and the room has totally renovated with freshly painted walls and new crème colored carpet.
The kitchen and the dining area are in the same room. It is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a stove, wood storage cabinets, white cabinets, a round dining table and three chairs. The white and green tiled bathroom to share has a sink, a shower with bathtub and glass sliding doors, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a toilet.
This private house is located in a residential area. It is a 15 minute walk from the subway station and you can find all kinds of stores nearby. Flushing Park is situated half a block away where you can enjoy a beautiful lake in this Park.
Transportation: 7 train (local) at 111th Street or 7 express train at 103rd Street.
