Nicely furnished two bedroom apartment to share in the Upper West Side.

This two bedroom / one bathroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a prewar building with elevator, full time doorman and laundry facilities.
When you enter the apartment there is a small hallway leading to the living room. The kitchen is on the left side of the entrance. The living room is straight ahead and is fully furnished. The livingroom walls are painted a soft pink with white moldings. It has three windows decorated with stained glass. This room is furnished with a sofa, a long chaise, two large mirrors, a grand piano, a large green and crème colored carpet, many small antique tables, an armoire, a small red velvet sofa and a stereo. Many candles and small lamps give a nice atmosphere to this room.
From the living room a door leads to the bedroom to rent. The bedroom to rent measures over 150 square feet. This lovely spacious room has two windows, soft green painted walls and hard wood floor. It is furnished with a full size bed, an antique dresser with a large antique mirror, a TV with cable and a fax machine. There is a private phone line and you can connect High Speed Internet Access. The walls are decorated with nice framed pictures. The bathroom is located in the middle of the bedrooms. It is decorated pink and it has a window. The bathroom has a shower with bathtub, a sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a WC. There is also a closet in the room. There is alsoa half bathroom which has a sink and w/c.
The blue kitchen to share has a window and is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, freezer, a juicer, a coffee maker, a blender, a washer / dryer and many storage cabinets. From the kitchen you have access to the half bath.
The main shopping street in this area is Broadway. There are plenty of food stores and shops for daily necessities, as well as restaurants and movie theaters for your going out pleasures. The famed Lincoln Center is within walking distance as well. For outdoor activities, Riverside Park is located one block away.
There is DSL highspeed internet available.
Transportation: Take the 1, 2, 3 trains to 72nd Street and Broadway.
