Share Situation in Artist loft with roof terrace in Chinatown
|
Located on Canal Street between Mott Street. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a prewar walk-up building. It can sleep two people. It has wooden floors, large windows and a big roof terrace from which you have a great view of downtown New York City. Laundromat is 1 block away and a cleaning lady comes to the apartment once a week. The whole apartment provided wireless DSL internet.
The apartment has five bedrooms:
Bedroom#1: Has wooden floors, a dresser and a double size futon. You can not stand in this room.
Bedroom#2: Has wooden floors, a closet, and a double size futon and bedside table.
Bedroom#3: Has a window, wooden floor, and a closet, a loft bed (double size), A/C and a bedside table.
Bedroom#4: Has a full futon
Bedroom #5: Has a full futon
The living room is basically a big artist studio. There is artwork on the wall, which are made by the tenant. It is lightly furnished with a few chairs and a coffee table. There is a futon, TV, VCR and stereo and a computer with Internet access. The bathroom is shared with the owner. It has a shower, a sink and a WC. There is a window. Sheets and towels are provided. The open kitchen comes with a refrigerator, sink and stove. All cooking utensils are also available for the guests. There is a small dining table available in the living room.
There is a cat in the apartment.
The building is located in Chinatown. Soho, Little Italy and Tribeca are all within walking distance
This area has a lot of clothing stores on Broadway, art galleries and boutiques in Soho and restaurants in Little Italy and Chinatown. Great discount shopping can be found along Canal Street including great deals on fruit, vegetables and fresh fish.
Many subway lines can be accessed from Canal Street stations: #1 at Canal Street and Varick Street, #A, C, E on Canal Street and 6th Avenue, #J, M, N, Q, R, W, Z, 6 on Canal Street and Broadway/Lafayette Street.
