The listing is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan on the third floor of a post war elevator bulding. The building has a full time doorman and laundry facilities.
This is a four bedroom , two bathroom apartment....wood floors throughout.
The spacious living room is bright with two windows that provide a lot of light. It is fully furnished with a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a coffee table. There is an air conditioner.
The kitchen, which is separate, is full service with refrigerator / freezer, stove, sink and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms have cable TV as well as wireless internet.
Bedroom #1 has 2 windows, with a single size daybed, one closet, TV, a dresser, two chairs, bookshelves, a lamp, a mirror, air conditioning, a desk and chair.
Bedroom #2 is a bit larger and has 1 window. It is furnished with a single bed, a table, two lamps, two chairs, air conditioning, a dresser, a small sofa,TV and bookshelves.
The bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms. It is shared between the two roommates, and has a shower with a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
There are many restaurants, stores, and movie theaters in the neighborhood. Carl Schulz Park can be found on the shores of the East River; and it is a great place to relax or jog.
Transportation is by the 4, 5, and 6 trains to 86 Street and Lexington Ave. There are also cross-town buses.
