This Lower East Side apartment is located on Stanton Street on the fifth floor of a renovated tenement building. The main entry door is key locked and is equipped with a buzzer/intercom system. There is no elevator in the building. This sun-filled space has generous windows and the décor is bright and simple. The main area of the apartment has a dining room table that seats three, two couches (on opposite ends of the living room), a book and CD shelf stand, and the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and toaster. Pots and pans are provided. The kitchen, living room and bathroom of this apartment are shared with the owner. The room for rent (Bedroom #2) is the brightest room in the apartment. There are three windows overlooking Essex and Stanton Streets. This bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser, shelves, an air conditioner and a closet. The Lower East Side is a hip neighborhood. Off-Broadway theaters, cinemas, world-class restaurants, and bars that cater to a variety of cultures and flavors are all within walking distance of the apartment.
