Large Upper West Side share close to Central Park

Three bedroom / one bathroom apartment to share on the second floor of a prewar building with buzzer / intercom system. It is located on 78th Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenue.
There are a lot of nice paintings all over the place.
When you enter the apartment you can see a long corridor passing by each room of the apartment. The bedroom for rent is about 10x11 square feet. It is lightly furnished with a full size bed, amoire and built in drawers. It has a window, white walls, hard wood floor, a sink, an armoire, a mirror and a jack. The kitchen to share has a window. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a small table with two chairs and storage cabinets. The white tiled bathroom to share has a window and is equipped with a sink, a shower with bathtub, a toilet, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a storage cabinet. The living room has three windows facing the street and a fireplace. It is furnished with two armchairs, a dresser, two small tables, paintings and a couple of plants. There is DSL in the apartment.
The Upper West Side is one of the most sought after residential areas in Manhattan because of its family atmosphere coupled with its liberal attitude and an abundance of conveniences. It is also a student area because of Columbia University and many music schools. On Broadway you will find the famed Zabar's specialty food store and the Fairway market where New Yorkers love to shop for food. There is also a large Barnes and Noble bookstore, Tower Record music stores, movie theaters, restaurants and delis. The Museum of Natural History and Central Park are only two blocks away.
Transportation: 1 train on 79th Street and Broadway. B, C trains are located on 81st Street and Central Park West.
