Corner apartment - Amazing view - a lot of privacy

Corner two bedroom / two bathroom apartment to share about 2000 square feet. This fabulous apartment is located on the 34th floor of a high-rise building with full time doorman. There is an elevator and laundry facilities in the basement of the building. This apartment is located on 70th Street between Second and Third Avenue. This apartment is very bright and modernly furnished. You can enjoy an amazing view of Manhattan.
In this apartment the roommate will have a lot of privacy. When you enter the apartment you can see on your left a door leading to the bedroom for rent and passing by the roommate's private bathroom. The roommate will be able to be in and out of the apartment without disturbing anyone; the roommate will have almost a private studio. The living room about 400 square feet and the kitchen are to share.
The air-conditioned bedroom for rent has three windows facing a beautiful view (North Manhattan), crème wall to wall carpet, white walls and a closet. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed, a desk, a chair, a TV with cable, a VCR, and DSL fast internet connection, a phone jack in the room you can connect, a stereo, a dresser and a large book unit. Bed linens can be provided.
The white tiled private bathroom has a sink, a shower with bathtub, a toilet, a large mirrored medicine cabinet and a storage cabinet.
The air-conditioned living room to share has ten windows providing a lot of light. It is furnished with three sofas, a large lounge table, two floor lamps, a wooden rectangular dining table with eight chairs, a piano, a large book unit and many beautiful paintings.
The kitchen to share has two entrances. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a counter and many storage cabinets.
The Upper East Side is considered one of the most desirable residential areas in Manhattan. Shopping is abundant. Supermarkets, Graces Gourmet food store, grocery stores, pharmacies, delis, dry cleaners are all available in this diverse neighborhood. You can also find clothing boutiques, Bloomingdale's Department Store, restaurants, and movie theaters.
Transportation: 6 train on 68th Street and Lexington Avenue.
