Furnished bedroom in a two bedroom in Chelsea.

This two bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building, on 16th street, between 7th and 8th Avenues, in Chelsea. It is a really convenient location, close to Midtown, two blocks from the 1-9 train at 18th street station, walking distance from FIT and Penn Station.
Upon entering the apartment, you are in the living room, a 150 square feet room, with a window, facing the courtyard. Most of the rooms are facing the courtyard, so the place is not very bright, but still nice, because it is fully furnished and equipped. The living room has a leather sofa, and armchairs, air conditioner, TV with VCR, basic cable, and a phone.
On your right while entering, you find the bedroom for rent, a 70 square foot room, furnished with a twin size bed, two dressers (one can be removed), a rack for the clothes, big mirrored wall, air conditioner, two windows on the yard, and bookshelves.
Crossing the living room, you find the full bathroom, with a tub, shower, sink, and toilet. The open gallery kitchen is also off the living room. It has a window, microwave, fridge, gas stove, toaster, and a washing machine. The master bedroom occupied by the tenant is off the kitchen, well separated from the roommate's bedroom, which is great for privacy.
The neighborhood provides supermarkets, groceries and delis, nice restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is close from the Chelsea Market and the Joyce Theater. Union Square and the Flatiron District are at walking distance, on the East.
