A large Jackson Heights Apartment building, has two rooms to rent

The listing is located in a residential section of Jackson Heights. The building is pre-war and has an intercom system, laundry facilities and an elevator. The entrance to the building has a fireplace and tiled walls and floors. The apartment is located on the second floor and has lots of windows, wireless internet and hardwood floors throughout. There is a large entryway with closets and an end table at the end of the hall.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is approximately 1000 square feet.
There are two bedrooms for rent, which are at opposite ends of a hallway with the bathroom for share in the middle.
Bedroom 1 has light blue-gray walls with white trim, a queen-sized bed, a lamp, a large closet, a dresser, a cable television with stand and DVD player, and three windows facing in two directions. The owner will provide sheets.
Bedroom 2 has light blue-gray walls with white trim, a queen-sized bed, a nightstand, a floor lamp, a large closet, a dresser with a circular mirror, a cable television with storage stand and DVD player, and three windows facing in two directions. The owner will provide sheets.

The kitchen has a window and is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, storage cabinets and a wooden dining table with four chairs.
The black and white tiled bathroom to share has a sink, a shower with bathtub and glass sliding doors, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
The apartment is situated three blocks away from both the 82nd Street station and the 79th street station. In between are lots of specialty and neighborhood stores.
