Private house to share with backyard in a fabulous block

Park Slope Brooklyn Park Place between Fifth and Sixth Avenue. The whole house is about 2200 square feet.
Beautiful four bedroom / three bathroom three floors Townhouse with large garden to share. The house is located in a fabulous tree-lined street with amazing Brownstones. The owner donates a portion from her guest room income to local to global self help community groups. Owner is a local community leader and active in many projects guests are welcome to join in on or not. Spanish and French are also spoken.
You can enter this house through the Ground floor or the first floor. The owner sleeps on the third floor. A longer term bedroom is for rent of the third floor. These two share one full bath there. The common space (kitchen and living room) is on the ground floor.
Bedroom#3 Top floor has a window, hard wood floor, white walls, a fireplace with exposed brick, a closet and a phone jack. It is furnished with a Queen-size futon, a TV with cable, many bookshelves units, a desk, a chair, a standing lamp, a carpet and a large rectangular basket that can be used as a small coffee table.
Bedroom #2 First floor has a double bed, a ceiling fan and this room receives lots of light. It has a half bathroom on the same floor and shares the full bathroom on the ground floor.
Bedroom#1 ( Ground floor) features a queen sized bed and is fully furnished. A non cable TV is in the room. A cable TV is in the communal sitting room next door.
The ground floor bathroom to share is beautifully tiled, with the standard sink, shower, WC, mirrored medicine cabinet and storage cabinet. The dining area has a wooden round table seating four. The pass-through Eat in the Kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, two refrigerators, freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cabinets, marble top table with four burners seating four and a hanging lamp. You can access the garden through the kitchen.
Separated from Manhattan Island by the East River, Brooklyn is one of the five boroughs that together make up the city of New York. The Park Slope neighborhood is one of tree-lined streets with brownstone houses. Seventh Avenue is the main shopping street where you can find everyday necessities or relax at one of the comfortable coffeehouses.
Transportation: 2, 3, trains at Bergen Street. Q Bat Seventh Ave - both five minute walk.
