Luxurious two bedroom share in the Upper East Side
|
This large apartment is located on 68th street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue in the best part of the city, Upper East Side, 1 block from the train (6 line, 68th street station), 1 block from Hunter College, 5 minutes from Midtown. The area is very residential, clean, close to St Catherine's park along East River. There is a Food Emporium open 24 hours a day around the corner, a post office 2 blocks away.
It's a luxury building with full time doorman, garage, valet service, elevators, 3 aisles, laundry facilities. It has 650 units. Many celebrities are living here.
The apartment is on the 12th floor. It is a 1500 square feet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with northern exposure (18 windows). It is bright, refined, quiet and has central heating and air conditioning. Upon entering, you are in the spacious living room. In front of you opens a hallway, off which you'll find the bedrooms and their own bathrooms.
The room available for rent is 12x16 feet, with large bay windows. There is a double bed, large desk with a very comfortable chair, another very comfortable armchair for lounging, a glass table and a very spacious closet. There is private phone line in the room and it is cable ready. You can arrange to connect to the Internet at an extra charge. Nexdoor to the room there is a private bathroom with tub, toilet and sink only for the guest who occupies the room.
The living room is not available to the roommates, but the kitchen and dining area are. The dining table is set close to the separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove and traditional oven and broiler, window, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Overall, this is a beautiful apartment filled with nice furniture and very good taste decorations.
