Spacious bedrooms for rent
Three bedroom / one bathroom apartment facing West located on St Nicholas Place between 152nd and 153rd Street on the 3rd floor of a prewar building with buzzer/intercom system and elevator. This apartment has been newly repainted.

When you enter the apartment you can see a long corridor passing by each room. You can access the living room through a large archway. It is about 12x14 square feet and has two windows. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, bookshelves, a dining table, two wrapped chairs, two lamps and framed pictures. From the living room you can enter the spacious separated kitchen. It is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a stove, a coffee maker, storage cabinets, a counter and a stool.

The first bedroom for rent is in the back of the apartment. It is about 16x13 square feet. It has two windows, a phone jack and cable access. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a TV, a VCR and a dresser. The room is now painted white.

The second bedroom for rent is about 14x11 square feet. It has a window, a phone jack and cable access. It is furnished with two twin beds, a TV, a VCR and a dresser.

The roommate will have a walk in closet in the corridor. The white tiled bathroom to share is standard: sink, shower with bathtub, toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet and storage cabinet.

The area is surprisingly nice. West Harlem has changed a lot and some parts are pleasant. The neighborhood is residential. The tree-lined cross streets have charming houses. On Broadway you can find supermarkets, delis.

Transportation: 1 train on 157th Street, A,C,B, and D on 145th Street.
