It is closed to the 6 train at the 33rd street station. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, close to the East Village, Midtown and the Empire State building, as well as Grand Central.The building is simple and clean.
The apartment has beautiful wood floors and white walls with moldings. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The bedroom is around 120 square feet, with 1 window, phone jack. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and big closet.
The living room is really beautiful (250 Square feet) with a fireplace. There are dining table, sofa bed, air conditioner, phone, TV, cable, VCR, and stereo. The living room is for rent.
The kitchen is separated, has window, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, and toaster.
There is a bathroom with tub, shower, window, and WC.
