Living room for rent in luxury one bedroom near Lincoln Center. Sleeps one person.
The living room for rent has two couches a table with chairs and an entertainment center including a TV and cable. The living room will be available for a share. It has a queen sized pull out bed. There is a large screen seperating the living room from the rest of the apartment to make it more private but there is no door on the living room. There is cable, internet service as well as, an a/c available.
The kitchen has been totally renovated and has stainless steel equipment and wood panel cabinets. The only thing missing is a microwave. There is plenty of closet space in the hall. The windows face west. There is a full bathroom off the hall.
The building has a fulltime doorman, an elevator and is a laundry facility. This is a full time doorman building, all utilities are included, No pets or smoking please.
This is the Lincoln Center area; so theater lovers take note! Transportation is easy and quick to and from the area with subway just two blocks away, taxis can be hailed anytime of the day or night.
