Furnished & large bedroom with a beautiful view of Manhattan

This is a lovely three bedroom / two bathroom apartment located on 91 Street between Amsterdam and Columbus in a recently renovated prewar building with a full time doorman and laundry facilities in the basement of the building.
This beautiful apartment is covered by hardwood floors and is located on the 16 Floor of a high-rise building in Manhattan near Central Park. When you enter the apartment you pass through a small corridor leading to the living room. The livingroom has a beautiful area rug and ceiling fan. Atop this beautiful area rug you have 1 sofa facing, 2 armchairs and 2 chairs.
Bedroom#3 is directly to your right and is 300 square feet. The walls in the room are painted with soft yellow paint and the ceiling and moldings are painted white. This spacious bedroom has 2 windows and an A/C. It is across the hall from the bathroom and is for an office use. There are 2 windows so you can enjoy a summer breeze.
After you pass bedroom 3 & 4 you enter a small hallway that leads to bedroom #1. This is the most private bedroom.
The bedroom #1 is furnished with a full size bed, a TV with a cable and a VCR. This room has a private bathroom. The bathroom has beautiful white marble tiles along the walls of the shower and over the WC with black decorations and the sink is covered by a beautiful grayish color countertop. Under the sink you have 2 doors and 3 drawers for your personal toiletries. Bedroom#2 is across the hall from Bedroom#1.
Bedroom #2 is approximately 175 square feet. This room is painted off white and has 2 windows. There is also a ceiling fan in this room offering good air circulation. The room is furnished with a full-size bed and a 4 drawer wooden bureau. It also has a wooden bar like table where you can eat. This room has a closet and it does not have a TV but one can be provided upon request.
Bedroom #4 is the bedroom currently available. Bedroom # 4 will share the bathroom with bedroom #2. There is a double bed.
Cable, internet and cleaning service are available for a fee. Heat and electricity. are provided, but in summer, there will be a slight surcharge for air conditioning usage.
All linens can be supplied (including towels), but tenant is responsible for own laundry.
Central Park and Riverside Park is a 3 blocks away. In Central Park you can always enjoy Manhattan. Whether in the winter or summer, Central Park always has activities for all seasons. You can also find several supermarkets, hardware stores, pizzerias, coffee shops, delis, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
Transportation: 1, 2, 3, 9 trains on 94th Street and Broadway.
