The roommate share apartments range from basic to luxurious; most of them are furnished. Each apartment has a different rental period that can run from 1 month to indefinitely.

There are three types of roommate situations:

Sharing a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment where one person sleeps in the living room, the other person sleeps in the bedroom and the bathroom is shared.

Sharing a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment where each person has a private bedroom and the bathroom is shared.

Sharing a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment where each person has a private bedroom and a private bathroom.
