The dining room table can seat 8-10. The living room has 6 armchairs and 4 regular chairs. There is only a stereo, no television or phone. There is good size closet as well.
Neighborhood: The apartment is very nearby Central Park, The Met, and all the others museums on 5th avenue. Also a few block away from Gracie Mansion. There are many restaurants around. The shopping is also interesting. The Upper East Side offers a glimpse of residential life style, away from the tourist's spots.
