Sutton Place one bedroom
|
Location : 58 street between 1st and Sutton Place.
Size : This is a one bedroom, Approx. 1000 sq. ft.
The building was constructed around 1920. There is a full time doorman. The apartment is on the 10th floor. There is a laundry facility in the basement .
Interior : The apartment is very spacious. Each room is well designed architecturally, and tastefully decorated by a New York interior designer. There is a large entrance corridor opening to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a round dining room table by the window. The living room is grand. There is a piano in the corner facing the sofa. The wall pictures are lighted. The wood floors, the high ceilings , the beautiful oriental rug, the furniture a mix of antiques and others, and so many more details, create that English country manor style atmosphere. This is a wonderful place for entertainment. The bedroom is all the way to the end. There is a queen size bed. The sofa in the living room can sleep one additional guest. The bathroom is also very comfortable in size. There is a lot of closet space available.
Neighborhood : Sutton place is close to the East river, for your morning walk. Central Park is very near as well. Shopping on Madison, and Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's on 59 street and Lexington , Bed Bath and Beyond , all at walking distance. You will find some fine restaurants around , such as Rosa Mexicano, Mr Chow, Jimmy's downtown, and Gusto Vino by the bridge .
Transportation : Bus on 57 street going cross town. Trains on Lexington and 59: 6, 5, 4, W, N, R.
