The owner of the house was a very nice person and the house itself was very clean and nice.
Next time we visit the USA, we'll certainly contact New York Habitat again! |

Our trip to New York two weeks ago was a real success and one important reason for this was the apartment we rented through NYH. We were two Swedish families traveling together, in all eight persons.
We decided for a flat because we wanted a place where we could gather both families during mornings and evenings, for planning and for sharing experiences. The vacation rental worked very well for this purpose.
There were lots of space and comfortable places to sit. Furthermore the apartment was well equipped and really stylish. We definitely appreciated the well-thought design. Our landlady was very friendly in an informal and relaxed way. She was helpful and gave us all information we needed. Then the neighborhood. To many people (at least foreign) Harlem would not seem to be the idealistic part of the town to stay. However, we bought food for breakfast in local stores and we went out several evenings to buy take-away for evening meals.
And we used the subway and buses all times of the day. The food was cheap and tasted fine. We met nice and helpful people everywhere; the teenage boys in the street-corner as well. So the local environment definitely added to our positive experience. And finally I also would like to say that I think we got very good assistance from your
contact-agent [...] He gave us good advice and helped us through the decision process.
So, as you realize, we are really pleased and have already recommended both the apartment and New York Habitat to our friends. |

The [New York] apartment we stayed in was excellent! Not only it was very clean and equipped with every comfort spanning from the laundry machine to
the DVD player, Internet connection and air conditioning, but it's furnished and decorated with very good taste, and the cream of the crop is the
comfortable cozy terrace where you can have breakfast or dine or simply relax in the tranquillity of a green backyard! Last but not the least it's
in a quiet area and absolutely close to a big supermarket, convenience shops and subway! I would absolutely recommend it to your customers! |
