Lovely four-bedroom apartment with terrace
|
This beautiful, recently renovated brownstone is located in the heart of Harlem in a very quiet area. The back of the house faces south and has lots of trees and a great open view.
The interior of the apartment is very spacious and flooded with light. It is decorated with a mix of ethnic and modern paintings and photos. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway which leads to the first three bedrooms (1-2-3) and a bathroom. The stairs are located just to the left of the entrance; the second floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, fourth bedroom, second bathroom, a laundry closet and a terrace.
The dining room table seats eight people comfortably and leads to a door opening to the terrace. The living room area has a low coffee table and 2 comfortable couches. Located next to the living room/dining room is the recently renovated open kitchen. It has many cabinets as well as a refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
Each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser, a desk, a television and a mirror. There is plenty of closet space in each room. In bedroom 3 there is a DVD player. Apartment can sleep up to twelve people.
The bathrooms are equipped with a standard tub/shower, w/c, and a sink. Towels and sheets are provided.
There is absolutely no smoking in the house.
One of the main assets of the apartment is the terrace, which can be accessed from the dining room. There is a glass table with an umbrella and four chairs and two sunbathing deck chairs with a view of lots of pleasant greenery.
The apartment is a one-minute walk from the subway (express lines 2 and 3) that runs the length of Manhattan on the west side. There are also plenty of buses going east and west on nearby Lenox Avenue. A great supermarket is just a few steps away and it is a 10-minute walk to Central Park. The best restaurants in Harlem are at the end of the street and a great coffee place and bakery are on the corner. There is lots of shopping in the area.
