New York Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Midtown West (NY-11221)

Apartment is superb in decor and location, 2 minute walk to Broadway, 5th Ave, buses and subway. Owner is also fantastic, making things like payment very easy and allowing us to use food essentials etc. Highly recommended.

I can confirm that we were very pleased with the accommodation in Manhattan. The Midtown West apartment was very well located, within 50 yards of the subway, and walking distance into the city centre. It was close to all the theatres, yet being on the 10th Floor, it was very quiet.

The building was reasonably modern, and above average. The apartment was very clean, modern fittings, and top of the line fittings. My daughter slept in the living room on the air mattress provided, while I slept very comfortably on the large bed in the bedroom.

Given that the owner has very expensive musical instruments in the apartment, including a baby grand piano, and white furniture, the flat would not be suitable for a family travelling with children.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our rental experience through nyhabitat. The owner got in touch with us and made the move-in and move-out easy. The apartment was nicely and completely appointed with ...well, everything we needed. It WOULD have been better, marginally, if he had supplied more in the way of instruction manuals for the dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.; and tourist information. But we did fine for all those things. Owner returned our security deposit in cash before we left...in all, we were happy with our experience and would use your service again.

I was delighted with our apartment NY-11221. It was just perfect [...] The owner [of the vacation rental in New York] met us on arrival and was very friendly. The apartment was clean and modern. We were able to feel very much at home.

I stayed with my wife in the apartment for 14 nights from July 28th to August 12th 2009.
The information from New York Habitat was complete, exhaustive and fully correspondent with what we found in the apartment.
The [apartment] selection and booking have been fast and easy, very good organization.
The apartment was exactly the one we expected. No surprise. [...] A superb apartment in a 35 story tower in the middle of the Theater District in Midwest Manhattan.
[The accommodation had a] beautiful landscape through the window, superb furniture, excellent bed, and no noise from outside.
The air conditioning was fully operative and 100% efficient. Inside we found everything we needed to live in Manhattan for two weeks.
All around we found all the shops we needed open 7 days a week until nighttime. The Metro station was 50 steps from the entrance and Times Square two blocks [away].
The doorman was present 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not missing a second!
No noise [to] disturb [us] - everything was perfect.
We felt [like] New Yorkers for two weeks. Excellent experience. We'll do it again very soon!

I found the apartment very nice with good views and superb location. The furnishings were good and the kitchen new and well appointed. The interchange with the owner was very good and helpful. I normally don't like staying in high-rises but this was a good experience

The accommodation owner went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that I, as a wheelchair- disabled person, could easily and safely get around his apartment unaided.

The apartment was perfect for my needs, impeccably clean and I had a most enjoyable time in my favourite city visiting old friends and making new ones. I would certainly recommend this flat and your service.

Overall my wife and I were pleased with the apartment---it was reasonably spacious and well appointed and the location was convenient. (There were some minor maintenance issues,
