Fully Furnished two Bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village
Location: Greenwhich Village, Bleecker St between MacDougal and Sullivan St.

This 900 square feet two bedroom is located on the 3th floor of a walk-up, no elevator brownstone building. From the kitchen/dining-room and bathroom, you look onto the private park at the MacDougal-Mews (no access, but a beautiful view from our 2 fire balconies) as well as at the former house of Bob Dylan. There is almost no apartment with a back-to-back park view in New York: here you have it.

This bright apartment has hardwood floors. It could accommodate up to 4-5 people. It has a TV (digital cable with hundreds of channels - sorry, no HBO) with Tivo & DVD-player and a phone. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a CD-player/radio, a toaster, and a blender. The master bed-room with a queen-size-bed is as quiet as in the countryside. The second bedroom has a baby's crib and a queen-size mattress on the floor. In addition, The room is protected by sound-proof double-glass window.

The roomy bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided. However, there is little or no closet space for guests' belongings.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is located in the heart of the famous Greenwhich Village and one block away from SOHO, one of the most sought after areas in Manhattan. You walk only minutes to Washington Square or Hudson River Park. A supermarket with free delivery is around the corner. Gourmet supermarket Citarella is 7min away. There are more restaurants available within 3 blocks than you can possibly try in a week. Legendary Jazz club Blue Note and NYU are 2 blocks away.

The quality of the [New York vacation rental] apartment was very good, we had no problem.
The quality of the [New York vacation rental] apartment was very good, we had no problem. However, I think the vacation rental is ideal for 4 people because a fifth person has to sleep on a air mattress, which is not quite as comfortable as a bed. Thank you very much for your welcome, your availability and your advices.
