We thought the apartment was wonderful - well-appointed in the very heart of New York, with fabulous views and facilities; in fact, probably the best we have had the pleasure to rent. The owner made everything easy for us prior to and during our stay, for which we are extremely grateful.
The only very, very slight negative is that we would have liked a radio / cd player, but this certainly did not spoil our stay, and we'd love to stay there again in future. Many thanks to New York Habitat, and to [the owner], for providing such fabulous accommodation. |

The owner was very accommodating and the apartment was secure, comfortable, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches such a maps and restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, a short walk to theatres and restaurants. We visit New York at least once a year and love the convenience of vacation rental living. This was one of the best stays. |

We are now back home after a wonderful time on the East Coast. We had a marvellous 2 weeks in New York made especially so by having the great apartment with excellent location as our base. It is very well equipped and we enjoyed the various services etc that go with the building.
