One Bedroom Apartment Midtown West Side
|
BUILDING: This apartment is in a very elegant modern 24-hour doorman building. As you enter the building, there are fountains out front and the lobby is beautifully decorated in marble and wood columns. There is a rooftop health club on the 40th floor with an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, sun deck etc available to guests for a small charge. There are laundry facilities on every other floor of the building
INTERIOR . The views in this apartment are stunning and panoramic from the living room and bedroom windows as well as the terrace. The living room is comfortable and spacious. It has modern furniture with 2 sofas (one is a Queen sofa bed), a dining table and 4 chairs, cable TV, answering machine, phone, A/C. This room is a large living room/dining room combination. A fully equipped kitchen with look-thru counter, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker...everything!! The master bedroom is large and modernly furnished with a Queen size bed and terrific views to the northeast. There is a full size marble bathroom off the bedroom with tub and shower. This apartment gets plenty of sunlight and has 2 air conditioning units. You will fully enjoy your experience. It is worth the stay and the views are incredible!! The apartment has been upgraded by the installation of new blinds, including vertical blinds on the door to the terrace.
NEIGHBORHOOD This West side location is excellent. It is a short walk to the theater district, the Javits Center, Times Square, and the 9th Avenue Food District, which has the highest concentration of ethnic restaurants in NYC. It is also close to all transportation. The 10th Avenue bus will take you to Lincoln Center and the upper West side. You can get the cross-town bus on 42nd Street. There is a subway station two blocks away. Taxis are readily available day and night
