Studio located in a highrise close to the UN
This studio is located in a recently constructed building near the East River and the UN. The lobby and elevators are immaculate.

The living room is about 300 square feet. The room is filled with an entertainment center, a couch, table, a queen-sized bed and the necessary dressers and closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked. It has full service of dinnerware and silverware as well as ample counter space for making a meal.

The bathroom is new and has nice marble tile and new fixtures. As an added bonus there is a glass shower door.

There is a terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline.

This neighborhood is popular with people working at the UN and other East Side establishments. There are many restaurants in the area including Asia de Cuba a popular Cuban Asian fusion restaurant and Capital Grill a popular steakhouse.

There are several apartments in the building with the same layout, but on different floors. The view might differ somewhat based on which level the apartment is on.
