This apartment is on the 25th Floor of a high-rise building and within a 5-minute walk of the subway station. On the 4th floor of this building there is a common terrace which is accessible for all tenants in the building and a laundry facility if you need to wash and dry your clothes. |

We spent an excellent week in this apartment; very friendly owner, great equipment and comfort. The only possible improvement would be a better tv set and choice of channels.
Apr 20 2011The vacation rental is perfect, very well situated, a few steps away from Times Square. It is easy to go anywhere in New York from the nearby subway station, it is a 10 minute walk to Central Park. It offers very nice views of Manhattan. It is not over stylish but it comfortable and equipped to do some cooking (perfect for the French, just a extra glasses and flatware would be great)
Jan 19 2011The doormen are very nice. The hall is welcoming. The gym is always open, great. Nothing to say. A very good choice if you just want to visit New York and relax. Very good value.
NY Habitat: I am so pleased with New York Habitat that I contacted with the same pleasure to find an apartment share for my daughter who is a student in New York. Christophe Pourquier advised me and helped me find accommodation for 10 days over Christmas, he was very nice and efficient. I'd left it a bit late and I was demanding with regard to the location and the price. He understood my request perfectly well. I turned down several offers that didn't really suit me and he remained just as courteous as he continued to offer other apartments. I am delighted with the service from New York Habitat. I will be happy to recommend it and will return for my very next stay.

Dec 01 2009As for the apartment itself, we were more then happy with it. [The vacation rental] was just as the pictures represented - even better! Very clean, fantastic views, SO handy to Times Square and transportation and the landlord was wonderful, really friendly and helpful. We really loved this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying in a central spot in New York. We were staying for the New York Marathon so wanted something handy to transportation to the start line and finish line and this apartment was ideal.
I would highly recommend NY Habitat and the apartment we chose to anyone wanting to be central and convenient to everything New York.

The appartment was fine and the owner was very friendly. However there was a very large buliding being constructed next door and it was extremely noisy. They worked through the night with concrete trucks, jack hammers and flood lights. We should have been advised of this before selecting the appartment. Very hard to sleep.
