One bedroom well located in Mid-town West
This one bedroom corporate style apartment is tastefully furnished in a high-rise building in a great location in mid-town. It is a five-minute walk to Columbus Circle and ten minutes to Times Square.

Living Room: Contains two large couches, an entertainment center, a table for four and a coffee table. There are nice parquet floors. The windows look out to the West Side of Manhattan. View differs depending on the floor.

Bedroom: The bedroom is spacious and contains a queen-sized bed with a large dresser, and two night tables. The floors are parquet. There is a large hanging closet in the bedroom. The bedroom features similar views to that of the living room.

Kitchen: The kitchen is nicely furnished and has ample counter space. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and many small appliances. There is dinnerware and flatware for at least six people.

Bathroom: The bathroom is quite clean with nice fixtures. The floor and walls are lined with marble tiles, and there is a large mirror, with good light.

There are also several large closets in the hallways of the apartment.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, and has a laundry room, and a gym in the building for a fee of 75 a month.

The area has lots of shopping and restaurants. Some of the top new restaurants in the city can be found in the new Time Warner Center at Columbus Center. There is also shopping at Time Warner Center, and along Broadway. The park is a short walk and museums including MOMA, and Natural History are a short trip away.

There are several apartments in the building with the same layout, but on different floors. The view might differ somewhat based on which level the apartment is on.
