The vacation rental was clean and well maintained and had all the necessary amenities.

Everything about my experience with New York Habitat has been wonderful. I thought the website was fantastic with lots of detail about the apartments and it was a very easy website to navigate.
[My contact at New York Habitat] was extremely helpful and very quick to answer all my questions. The whole process of finding a vacation rental and acquiring it was unbelievably easy.
The apartment [Uptown, New York] was excellent, and actually better than the photos on the website showed. The owners had many helpful brochures inside the apartment for things to do in New York, and I was extremely pleased that they had provided information on things in the local area as well which was very helpful. [The owner] was very accommodating with any request that we had and we could not have asked for better service.
I would not hesitate to use NY Habitat again and in fact have been singing your praises to all my friends! |

Nothing bad to say. The neighborhood has a great location and there were many shops around the area. A subway stop was nearby. All this helped make our stay unforgettable. |

We had an excellent stay in New York and our apartment was OUTSTANDING.
It was very clean, very comfortable beds, newly renovated, many comforts of home, great location and we felt very safe there. The Landlords live upstairs and were kind and helpful. It was also a very reasonable price.
We would recommend this vacation rental to all of our friends who plan to visit New York in the future.
