This fully furnished 2-bedroom loft apartment is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, just one subway stop away from Manhattan. The loft is on the 2nd floor of a 8-story converted industrial building with a freight elevator and stairs. There is a buzzer/intercom for security.
PLEASE NOTE that the ENTIRE apartment is sometimes available for rent and at other times individual ROOMS in the apartment are rented separately as Bed & Breakfast accommodations.
This corner apartment is lined with wood floors throughout and features wireless Internet access and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The living room has 10 windows that allow in sunlight and overlook the neighborhood. It is furnished with a queen size sofa bed and a television equipped with cable and a DVD player.
The first bedroom (Bedroom 1 in the photos and floorplan) has a queen size bed, and features two windows that allow in natural light.
The second bedroom (Bedroom 2) also has a queen size bed as well as a television equipped with cable. Three windows overlook the Williamsburg neighborhood.
The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped with a gas cooking range, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

This fully furnished rental is located on Berry Street in Williamsburg, a trendy neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. Enjoy the many restaurants, independent shops and music venues in this area. The Peter Luger Steakhouse, the number #1 rated steakhouse in New York, is just 3 blocks away from this apartment, where you can enjoy a world-class Porterhouse steak. It's simple to see the rest of New York City with the Williamsburg Bridge less than 2 blocks away, literally connecting you to Manhattan. By public transportation, Manhattan is only 1 subway stop away from the nearby Marcy Avenue J/M/Z line or Bedford Avenue L line.
