One bedroom apartment in a townhouse in Boerum Hill
|
This is a one-bedroom apartment located on the garden level of a town house in Boerum Hill. The apartment has about 700 square feet of overall space. Located close to the G and F trains running along Smith Street.
The entry to the apartment is down three stairs and leads to the living room. The living room area is shared with the open kitchen. The room has a futon, which converts to a full sized bed. There is a decorative fireplace. On the hearth of the fireplace is a stereo. The open kitchen is one side of the room and includes a range, a small euro style fridge and a nice countertop. There is a coffee maker, toaster and a full set of dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment. It contains a full sized bed, a TV with a DVD player and two large windows, which view towards the garden. The room is a nice size and has a built in dresser for storage. There is another decorative fireplace in this room.
The bathroom is large and fully equipped. It contains a W/C, sink with vanity, and tub with shower.
The neighborhood is one of Brooklyn's nicest with many tree lined streets and lots of classic brownstones. There are several restaurants and small shops along Smith Street. Manhattan is just a short subway ride on the F train and there is an easy connection to the A train at Jay Street. It is only 3 stops to Manhattan.
