Two bedroom Apartment in The East Village

This two-bedroom apartment is located in The East Village just a few blocks from Tompkins Square Park. It is located on the second floor of a walk-up building.
The entry is in to the open living room kitchen are. The living room contains a sofa and chair, which faces the entertainment center. The entertainment center includes a top quality stereo system, a TV connected to cable, a VCR and a DVD player. The open kitchen contains all of the necessary appliances including a dishwasher. There are all of the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is no dining table. There is also a desk in the living room area which has a computer connected o high-speed Internet.
The first bedroom is about 100 square feet and contains just a queen bed and a closet. There is a window, which faces towards the front of the building.
The second bedroom larger at about 150 square feet and contains a twin bed. It includes a stereo, large closet and window, which face the courtyard of the building.
The bathroom has been redone recently and contains a W/C, sink and tub/shower. The tub is smaller then the average size and works better as a shower then a tub. The floors are nicely tiled.
The apartment is located about a 15-minute walk to the subway. There are many restaurants along Avenue B and C. Also, Tompkins Square Park is just a short walk away.
