This one bedroom apartment is located conveniently on 14th street where 4 of New York's most popular neighborhoods meet (Midtown East, Midtown West, East Village and Greenwich Village).
The apartment is about a 450 square foot one bedroom apartment, which is furnished with eclectic taste.
The living room is about 250 square feet and includes all of the necessary comforts. There is a futon sofa and a round dining table for four people. There is also a TV, VCR and stereo system. The view from the living room faces north and has a glance of the Empire State Building.
The bedroom is just off of the living room and is about 150 square feet. There is a queen-sized bed, a dresser and a large closet. The owner will make space available for the guest.
