This one bedroom apartment is located conveniently on 14th street where 4 of New York's most popular neighborhoods meet (Midtown East, Midtown West, East Village and Greenwich Village).
The apartment is about a 450 square foot one bedroom apartment, which is furnished with eclectic taste.
The living room is about 250 square feet and includes all of the necessary comforts. There is a futon sofa and a round dining table for four people. There is also a TV, VCR and stereo system. The view from the living room faces north and has a glance of the Empire State Building.
The bedroom is just off of the living room and is about 150 square feet. There is a queen-sized bed, a dresser and a large closet. The owner will make space available for the guest.
The bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom and has a full tub/shower, a well light vanity and a W/C.
The kitchen is near the apartment entrance and is not particularly large but fully functional. There is a dishwasher, range with separate oven, and refrigerator. There is a full set of cookware, utensils and dishes. There is also a toaster oven and teakettle.
The apartment is located conveniently near much of what Manhattan has to offer. Some of the best restaurants are in Union Square; there is great nightlife in the East Village, and Midtown offers shopping and Museums.
The closest trains are the F,V and Path trains at 6th avenue and 14th street and the 4,5,6,N,R,Q,W and L trains at Union square both less then a five minute walk away.
