One bedroom near Columbus Circle

This one bedroom apartment is located on 57th street just blocks from Central Park and the Time Warner Center. The space is a large 1200 square foot apartment and includes a separate dining room and living room, a large bedroom and a separate room set up as a child play room. The living room is about 400 square feet and contains an L shaped sofa and a comfortable chair, which face the 42" plasma TV. The TV is connected to a VCR, DVD and stereo. There is also an office space, which has two desks and a computer with high speed Internet access. There is a long bank of windows in the room, which face out towards the Time Warner Center. The windows are double paned and block out much of the noise. There is an inflatable mattress available for the living room. The dining room is about 300 square feet and has an open design and is connected to the living room. There is a table with four chairs, but the table could easily seat six. The bedroom has a nice queen sized bed. There is a large wall of windows like in the living room. The room is a large comfortable and bright space. The play room has a crib and is child proof. The bathroom is just down the hall from the bedroom and has a separate shower (with a great shower head that provides lots of pressure), a separate tub, a toilet, and a nice pedestal sink with a medicine cabinet above. The kitchen has been recently redone and includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a stove. There is a coffee maker and toaster as well as a juicer and a blender in the kitchen. All of the necessary dishes, utensils, pots and pans are available. The building includes a common garden, a game room, a library, and a billiard room. The apartment is located at a prime location in mid-town west. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood including the new top end restaurants in the Time Warner Center. Access to Central Park is just 3 blocks away. The closest subways are the A,B,C,D,1 trains at Columbus Circle and the N,R,Q,W trains at 57th street and 7th avenue. NON-SMOKING-apartment. 2 CATS WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE DURING RENTAL.
