One bedroom apartment in a luxury highrise building In Midtown West with a balcony
|
This one bedroom apartment is located in a modern high-rise building in the far west section of mid-town on 43rd street. The building offers amenities including a 24-hour doorman, a gym (membership required), a roof terrace, valet parking and dry cleaning.
The apartment is located on the 21st floor of the building and offers commanding views of the Hudson River to the west and downtown to the south. There is a small balcony off the living room, which faces towards the river.
The living room is about 300 square feet and contains a nice seating area with a massage chair, a leather sofa and a comfortable chair. There is a TV, with VDR, DVD connected to cable and Play Station 2. There is also a stereo system. The living room has nice parquet floor and faces toward the river. Just around the corner from the living room is the kitchen. There is a small table, which seat s two and faces the large western facing windows.
The kitchen is modern in design and includes all of the necessary appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. There are all of the necessary utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans.
The bedroom is about 200 square feet and simply furnished but offers great views. The windows face both to the west and south. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom. There is also a small desk perfect for a laptop computer. There are two large closets available.
The bathroom is quite nice and includes white marble tile on the floor. There is a full/shower and tub, which has a window to let in plenty of light. There is also a large vanity with a big mirror, and a W/C.
The building has an business office on the second floor with internet access available.
The location is convenient to mid-town. The M42 bus runs along 42nd street and the stop is just a block away. The Times Square subway station is located 3/4 blocks to the east. There are many restaurants on 9th and 10th avenue and the famous H and H bagels have a location on 46th Street and 12th Avenue a 5-minute walk away.
