This beautiful townhouse apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Downtown Manhattan.

This beautiful townhouse apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Atlantic-Pacific subway stop. The apartment is closely situated to the Park Slope, Fort Greene neighborhoods, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM).
The apartment is located in a refurbished townhouse, which has one apartment on each floor. This apartment is located on the top floor.
The entry into the apartment is into the large eat-in kitchen, living room space. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is a retro designed round dining table which seats four located in the center of the kitchen area.
The living room is a large space of about 300 square feet with a working fireplace, which adds to the apartment old world charm. There are 3 large windows facing out towards a tree-lined street. The room is furnished with a nice full sized futon, an entertainment center including a stereo, TV, VCR and DVD player. There is a working fireplace in the room, which add to the apartments old world charm. The back of the living room has a desk area, which has a connection to high-speed Internet. The living room has a nice tin roof with retailed etchings. The ceiling is lower then the other floors because it is the top floor apartment.
The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and also features 3 large windows overlooking some gardens and tall trees. There is a queen size bed, a dresser, an arm chair and a small seating area with two chairs.
The bathroom is just off of the bedroom and includes a full tub/shower, a W/C and a sink with vanity and mirror.
The area of Boerum Hill is mainly dominated by classic New York Townhouses and tree lined streets. It's main streets are Smith, Court and Atlantic Avenue, known by their many restaurants, antiques and trendy fashion stores. The Park Slope Neighborhood just a few blocks East offers many nice restaurants and boutiques. The Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park are all close by.
