We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. The owner is very nice, accommodating, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Harlem and the people were very friendly. It's a quick and easy walk to various subway lines that took us wherever we wanted to go in the city.There's also a grocery store nearby
where we stocked up on food and drinks The vacation rental is clean and well-kept. There was 5-6 of us, but it was very spacious with big closet space. Laundry machines are provided as well as the Internet, which was very convenient.
Overall, I would gladly stay at this apartment again and the process of finding it through NY Habitat was quite easy. Thank you again for making our NYC trip that much more enjoyable! |

My 5 friends and I loved the apartment that we rented from New York Habitat. The
owner [...] was very friendly and very helpful with information such as directions. The vacation rental is ideally placed, the subway was a block and a half away and there was a grocery store similar distance.
We were very comfortable and would definitely use NYHabitat for renting an apartment should we visit New York again.
The only negative thing about the apartment... and it's a small thing... I would include a kettle in the kitchenette. English people tend to drink more tea and therefore prefer to boil the kettle for teas, and also some metal cutlery.
We loved your great city.. can we come back soon?!

It was easy to find a vacation rental via the New York Habitat website and [your agent's] responses to my emails were professional, helpful and prompt.
I would not hesitate to use NY Habitat's services again nor rent the same apartment in Harlem the next time I visit NY City. I have already recommended NY Habitat to a few of my friends who will be travelling to New York in the next few weeks. [...] |

The apartment was great! We really enjoyed our stay in New York - and this vacation rental was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. For 6 people total, we slept comfortably. The apartment was clean, spacious and very quiet. We found the washer and drier really handy for our week's stay. The place had fresh linens, extra towels, hangers and blankets for our use. Though the unit did not have a full kitchen, we made great use of the hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. As far as location, it was an easy walk to bus stops and subway stations. Overall, we were very happy! |
