Studio loft with a modern design in the Flower District
|
This 1000 square foot studio is located in the northern part of Chelsea in the Flower District.
The living area is divided by curtains but overall it is one large space.
The living area has a desk and lots of artwork. There is a kitchenette that includes a stove, small refrigerator and toaster oven. A French Press style coffee maker is provided. The basic dishes, pot, pans and utensils are available. The living room includes a neon lighting system, which creates a bright hue in the room.
The bedrooms area is separated from the main living area by curtains. The main bedroom has a raised platform which has a queen sized mattress it. There is a window in this area as well as some bookshelves.
The second sleeping quarters has a twin bed and is covered by another curtain.
The bathroom is standard; there is a tub/shower, a w/c and a sink with vanity.
The apartment is conveniently located in midtown, the Broadway, 6th, 7th and 8th avenue subways are all with in a 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants and shops close by.
