Studio to rent in an Upper East Side townhouse
|
This convenient, cozy studio sublet is located in the Treadwell Farms Historic District on the Upper East Side in a brownstone building. The apartment is on the third floor and looks over the backyard.
The sublet is fully furnished including a loft bed with a queen-sized mattress, a TV with satellite dish, and a telephone providing free calls within the United States. Free WIFI is also available. There are two loveseats facing the decorative fireplace, a coffee table, and a small dining table with two chairs.
The kitchenette is basic and includes a two-burner stovetop, a microwave, a hot water kettle, coffee maker, and a toaster. There is a euro style fridge and a sink. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
Newly renovated bathroom includes tub/shower. Iron and ironing board are available and a hair dryer. Towels provided.
The studio has carpeted floors, a window with a/c and nice views of the back garden.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
This residential area offers easy access to major subway lines that connect to all parts of Manhattan and the other boroughs. The location is convenient to the Upper East Side boutique shopping on Madison and Fifth Avenues. Bloomingdale's is a couple of blocks away.
Central Park is a 5 minute walk away, and a walk in the opposite direction leads to the East River Drive promenade for walking or biking. Bike rentals are available one block away from the apartment. A variety of restaurants can be found along 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Avenues nearby.
