Neighborhood: West of the Theater District is a residential neighborhood known as Clinton. This Midtown area has undergone an amazing revival. Its new residents are young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). Lots of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets cater to the rapidly growing newcomers. Restaurant Row (46th St between 8th and 9th Avenues) is a long block of restaurants and pubs side by side, all packed with theatergoers before curtain time. From this great location you are two blocks away from busy Times Square area and the Theater District, Within an easy walk to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick Cathedral and Fifth Ave. Like most centrally located New York neighborhoods, this area is bustling with activity and can sometimes be noisy.

Subways: C, E at 50th Street

My wife and I were extremely impressed with our apartment.
Thank you to New York Habitat [and your Agent] for assisting us in finding a suitable apartment. My wife and I were extremely impressed with our vacation rental. It was clean and tidy, included the essentials (towels, sheets and cleaning products) close to Times Square and very well priced. The owner was very accommodating and ensured our stay was memorable. I would recommend this apartment to anybody!

The apartment I rented [in New York] was as described in your website. I found it clean and well maintained. The owner promptly met me despite delays in my travels and took time to make sure I was comfortable in the vacation rental and he offered for me to call him during my stay if I had any questions. The communications with the owner were very good as the rental date became closer. All in all, a very good and satisfactory experience with your personnel and the owner.
