We had a wonderful stay in New York in the apartment we rented in the East Village. The owner of the vacation rental [...] was really nice and helpful. As a welcome "present", he gave us a very useful free map of New York and of the neighborhood including a long list of good restaurants, shops and bars in the area. Also he was always available for questions (we communicated via e-mail). The studio itself was larger than expected, the bed was good, the bathroom and shower were clean and good as well and it was wonderful to have free wi-fi and a great television (which we didn't use). The only little thing I could complain about was the noisy steam heating which is probably typical for an old New York apartment - but we got used to that pretty soon. The price of the apartment is definitely unbeatable for the location. I am very satisfied with New York Habitat and with my stay in the apartment in New York and will recommend it to friends and family whenever someone is looking for a place in New York, Paris or London.
