One bedroom apartment in Tribeca

This is a luxurious one-bedroom apartment in Tribeca in a converted loft building.
The apartment is located on the top floor (5th) and does not have an elevator. There is a private roofTop deck that is 600 sq. ft. and is fully furnished with a lounge/bed, outdoor shower, dining table, BBQ grill and bench.
The living room is furnished in a modern style and includes a stereo with surround sound, a flat screen TV, a nice sofa and a chair. There are two windows, which let in lots of light. The floors are wooden and there is an air conditioner and working fireplace in the room.
The bathroom is just off the living room and is separated by a frosted glass wall. There is a shower but no bathtub. The shower has two showerheads to give a powerful stream of water. There is also a w/c and a sink. The bathroom has a washer and dryer as well.
The kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances. There is a Viking stove, Miele dishwasher and a refrigerator. There is a coffee maker, Panini maker, pots, pans, utensils and dishes provided. There is also a wooden table that has two stools that serves as the eating area.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. The room has a/c and wood floors. In a share the bedroom is not available.
The apartment is located in Tribeca which is known for it restaurants. The Village and Financial District are both in walking distance. The closest subway is the 1 train at Franklin Street just over 1 block away.
