One bedroom penthouse in Times Square
|
This ultimate Penthouse Apartment features One Bedroom, One Bath, plus Office/Lounging Room and is located in a luxury building in Times Square on Broadway. The building features a full time doorman, a Club Floor with terrace and Lounge with Billiards Table, Rooftop Observatory, and convenient access to entertainment venues, top restaurants, and many tourist attractions. There is a Fully Equipped Large Gym in the building on the Club Floor.
The living room is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, an entertainment center with LCD High Definition Cable TV, Multi-Disc DVD player and stereo as well as a dining table for 4 people. Cable is provided on all TV's. The room has Floor-to-Ceiling windows, which cover an entire wall showing views out to the Times Square area. There is a separate alcove of the living room that has a full sized futon and a bar/desk cabinet.
The kitchen is open to the living room and features a Sub-Zero fridge, built in Meile dishwasher, and range. There is a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Dishes, utensils and glasses for 8 people are provided. There are also basic pots and pans.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Premium Memory Foam Mattress, a LCD flat screen TV with DVD player, a telephone and a large closet. There is a walkout balcony from the bedroom facing Broadway to enjoy the amazing views.
The office has Fax, Scanner, Printer, Copying Machine with High-Speed Internet Connection. Plus the building has a large conference room if needed.
The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, a large stainless steel sink and a w/c. There is a large vanity with big mirror.
The apartment has a Clothes Washer and Dryer and large closet in the entry area.
The apartment has access to the common terrace and a large common room with bar, billiards table and seating areas.
