A quick note to thank you for offering your wonderful apartment to New York visitors. In a word, fantastic! The [vacation rental] is spacious, beautifully furnished and accommodated our party of three easily- the office/den sleeping arrangements provided welcome privacy for our third adult, and left the main living area free for us all to relax at the end of the day. We appreciated your attention to detail including the high quality of furnishings, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and fluffy towels. The location is convenient for everywhere - we walked uptown one day and down to the Village on another. We also loved avoiding the traffic crush of theatre-goers as we enjoyed a leisurely stroll to and from the theatre each evening.
All details regarding our reservation from rental contract and deposit with New York Habitat, through to picking up and returning keys was handled efficiently and punctually which makes for great peace of mind
and a stress-free vacation. In addition, everyone at the concierge desk for the building was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to meet [the accommodation owner], and we hope to rent your vacation rental again during future trips to New York. We have already recommended it to all of our friends.

We were totally thrilled with the location and presentation of the penthouse apartment we rented through New York Habitat. Being in the heart of Times Square was exciting and exhilarating, and the proximity to most sightseeing and shopping destinations was ideal. The vacation rental was presented in a welcoming and homely manner and the owner was most helpful with information on the building and the surrounding area. We arrived at the apartment to find it immaculate, candles burning, air conditioning on, a welcoming drink with the owner and a bottle of Australian wine chilling in the fridge. Very thoughtful. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone seeking fully self contained accommodation in Manhattan. |

The only thing was that we rented it for 4 and there was only a double bed and sofabed which was more fitted for 1 than for 2. We finally used an extra mattress and everything was OK but this vacation rental would be perfect for 3, not 4. Our stay was very nice. Thank you. |

I stayed in an apartment in [New York] together with two friends. The owner was happy to
leave the keys with the concierge due to our later arrival time and came to see us the next morning to see how we settled in.
The vacation rental was fabulous, with that iconic New York view of skyscrapers and Times Square. The interior was luxurious and spacious with everything we could ever need. The position was excellent, walking distance to Central Park and the Empire State [Building].
[The owner] was personable and gracious and made us feel like special guests. The
concierge and doorman (and the NYC cop who hung out in the lobby) seemed to want us to have the best time ever (along with everyone else we met in NY).
We just loved NY and the people.
Arrangements made with New York Habitat were clear and customer service was
excellent. 10/10. |

My husband and I had a wonderful time in New York, and the apartment we rented truly exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, and we found the vacation rental to be very clean, and comfortable.
The building amenities were also a plus, and we enjoyed the billiards room & outdoor terrace.
The owner was also very pleasant, and gave us a tour of the building, which we appreciated.
The only small inconvenience was that the clothes dryer in the apartment was not working, but other than that, our visit was absolutely perfect!
We look forward to renting this apartment again on future visits to New York. |

The vacation rental gives us a lot of room to spread out and relax, and the fourth floor lounge is perfect to play pool with the family. The location of the apartment is ideal as well. The apartment is very welcoming upon arrival, and the check-in process is really simple. It is nice to come 'home' to the front door staff, who are extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks! |

Here's the feedback for the apartment.
Overall, the vacation rental was excellent and easily exceeded our expectations. We were given a warm welcome by [the owner], who kindly showed us around the apartment building.
There were drinks in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels, linen etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how much was provided. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for Midtown Manhattan and the views over Broadway
are great.
The gym was way better than most hotel gyms. The apartment building felt every bit as secure as a hotel building with helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.
We'd definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again on future visits. |
