This studio apartment is located on the first floor of a historic Harlem townhouse.
The apartment is at the rear of the building so it views to the back garden area.
The bedroom includes a queen sized bed as well as a trundle bed, dresser and two closets. There is a TV with cable access.
The kitchen is basic but new. There is a stove, refrigerator and sink. All of the basic kitchen equipment is provided.
There is also a dining table with four chairs.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The building is located in central Harlem in an area of great renewal. The block features historic townhouses with verandas out-front of each. The city has made this block a landmark preservation block.
The closest subways are the 2,3 trains at 125th Street. There is plenty of cross-town bus service on 125th Street including the M60 which goes from Columbia University to La Guardia Airport via 125th Street. Right on the corner there is a 5th Avenue bus, which runs downtown.
