Two bedroom in the Sugar Hill neighborhood

This two-bedroom apartment is located in Sugar Hill section of uptown on a tree-lined street of historic 19th Century brownstones. The apartment is located on the third floor and is fully equipped. Laundry facilities are available in the building. The apartment has two bedrooms with the second bedroom setup as an office. The living room is large and includes a double convertible sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a working gas fireplace and three large windows facing the street. There is a TV connected to cable and a large closet. There is a wireless router in the apartment, so any potential tenant would have wireless, high-speed internet access. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. All of the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils are supplied. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a closet and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is setup as an office but has a convertible chair that turns into a single bed. There is a desk and a large closet. The apartment is located near the C train at 155th Street and St. Nicolas Avenue and service to midtown takes about 20 minutes. Columbia University medical center is just to the north.
