One bedroom loft in Chinatown

This large one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a loft building in Chinatown. The apartment is a short walk from Little Italy, The lower East Side, East Village and SOHO. The closest subway is the F train at East Broadway. The apartment is about 1400 square feet comprised of a large living room, bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a dining table that can seat 8, a sofa, double futon, coffee table and four large windows facing out to the back. The kitchen is open to the living room and features stainless appliances and counters. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove as well as Italian style espresso maker and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king sized bed and two large closets. The master bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom and includes a separate tub, shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The second bathroom, which is off of the kitchen, includes a shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The apartment building has a buzzer/intercom system and an elevator.
